The International Exhibition of Artisian Gelato Longarone is the oldest Fair Trade in the field in Europe. It takes place from Sunday 28th November to Wednesday 1st December at the fairground of Longarone (Belluno). The MIG displays all the main innovations: raw materials and ingredients, machines and equipments, furnitures and services for handmade gelato. It will be an opportunity to talk and analyse some thematics that concern artisan gelato makers. The various stages of ice cream processing will be shown.
