The types of cheese at ACCIGUSTO
There were many kinds of Italian cheese at ACCIGUSTO, the trade fair specializing in the Italian food sector in Japan.
Following the entry into force in 2019 of the agreement to reduce trade tariffs, EPA EU-JAPAN,
more Italian cheeses, including typical regional ones, are arriving in Japan.
in addition to the already well-known ones such as Parmigiano Reggiano and Galbani, also Monte Veronese, Asiago,
Raspadura were exhibited at the event.
