A Message from the Editorial Team
Time flies. It has been a month already since we launched ArteCibo, and Christmas has arrived. First of all, we would like to express our gratitude for your help and support, without which our endeavour would have fallen into the void.
This is a most wonderful time for us to present you a number of traditional foods prepared in different areas of Italy, from hand-made pasta, such as cappelletti, and fruit, such as chestnuts and pomegranate, through to desserts like panettone and pandoro. And we shall continue to provide you with interesting insights of the Italian food and farming in the four seasons. That goes without saying.
