The 2nd DOMINA International Olive Oil Contest will be held in Palermo from 3 to 7 May. ArteCibo Editor-in-chief Miciyo Yamada will be the panel leader. More than 50% of the entries at the 2nd DOMINA International Olive Oil Contest will be from different origins, with as much as 25% coming from Spain alone. Brazil, Palestine (where the olive tree originated) and China will be featured in a list of new oil producers. Two new special categories will be awarded: Best of Turkey and Best of Crete. The 2017 entries will be included in the D-IOOC Buyers’ Guidebook, which will be handed out at the D-IOOC booth at TUTTOFOOD, the great food and beverage fair held in Milan from 8 to 11 May. ArteCibo Editor-in-chief Miciyo Yamada will be in the jury of the DOMINA International Olive Oil Contest.
