Enrico Bertolini’s Le Soste Among The Forty Restaurants At Bologna’s FICO


A symbol of the Italian excellence in the global food scenario


On 4 October 2017 FICO – Fabbrica Italiana Contadina will open in Bologna, as the world’s greatest food park. The 8ha farming land will be used for the on-site production of meat, fish, cheese, oil, pasta, sweets and beers, which will supply the 40 restaurants within the boundaries of the park. It is a production and consumption model promoting the Mediterranean diet, health, well-being, the environment and, last but not least, the inestimable heritage of Italian food culture. One of the jewels in the crown of the forty eating establishments participating is certainly young Enrico Bartolini, one of the most acclaimed Italian chefs, already the recipient of two Michelin stars as well as a member of the association Le Soste.
