The 21 courses organised by the FICO entrepreneurs will explain all the steps of the supply chain: processing, production and transformation. The Park's proposal includes a varied choice of experiences, from practical courses on raw materials processing, to in-depth courses to understand how the various supply chains work, from meat to dessert. There will also be craft courses, from beekeeping to DIY garden, up to professional food photography. This and much more is what you can find at FICO, a 100,000m² park that includes educational activities aimed at schools, to introduce the new generations to the theme of agribusiness and food culture.
