From December 2nd to the 3rd, the great event dedicated to food and wine excellence is back at Stazione Leopolda in Florence, promoted by the regional Union of Tuscan chefs, Ais Toscana and Cocktail In The World, in collaboration with Confcommercio, Confartigianato, Coldiretti Toscana and the Butchers’ Association.

The third edition of Food and Wine In Progress is back with lots of news in the world of food, wine and cocktails. From December 2nd to the 3rd, from 10 AM to 7 PM the chefs od the Regional Union of Tuscan Chefs, the sommeliers of Ais Toscana and the mixologists of Cocktail in the World will meet at Stazione Leopolda for a unique showcase for quality food and wine with tastings, seminars, moments of analysis and lots of meetings with the makers of the products. The collaboration with Coldiretti and Confcommercio Toscana continues, including in the fair butchers and bakers too. The new “Tuscany Food and Wine Experience”, a food, wine and cooking show, will give young chefs the possibility to show off their talents and pair their dishes with different wines.
