Gucci Osteria by Massimo Bottura opened in Florence


The Palazzo della Mercanzia is the beautiful location of the newly-opened Gucci Garden and Gucci Osteria, a restaurant boasting a menu by three-Michelin-starred chef Massimo Bottura.


Italy is known in the world for its skilfulness in blending fashion and cuisine, but the collaboration between Gucci and Massimo Bottura is one of a kind. Executed by Mexican chef Karime López Kondo, with Bottura’s  supervision and approval, the menu is an original combination of the signature dishes from Bottura’s Osteria Francescana with elements of the Mexican and Japanese cuisine.
