Italy is known in the world for its skilfulness in blending fashion and cuisine, but the collaboration between Gucci and Massimo Bottura is one of a kind. Executed by Mexican chef Karime López Kondo, with Bottura’s supervision and approval, the menu is an original combination of the signature dishes from Bottura’s Osteria Francescana with elements of the Mexican and Japanese cuisine.
