Profession Distiller: The First Master Course Underway


The Edmund Mach Foundation launches the first specialised course for beverage technicians. The Grappa Protection Institute of Trentino will provide training and internships at the distilleries.


The course, which is part of the Professional Training Programme of the Edmund Mach Foundation of San Michele all'Adige, is sponsored by the Autonomous Province of Trento and is organised in collaboration with the Istituto Tutela Grappa del Trentino. The course lasts, two years, for a total of 3,000 hours of lessons, including 1,200 hours of apprenticeship.
