San Pellegrino Young Chef 2018
The Japanese leg of the contest will be held on 12th October.
10 Japanese young chefs will be gunning for Best Under-30 Chef on 12th October at Shiodome Tokyo Gas Showroom.The ten chefs will prepare a dish that will be evaluated by 4 judges: Luca Fantin (Bulgari), Takazawa Yoshiaki (TAKAZAWA), Thomas Angerer (Park Hyatt Tokyo) and Zaiyu Hasegawa (Den). The event will continue at the Italian Embassy, where the Japanese winner of the contest will be announced.
