Tokuyoshi Awarded at Identità Golose


Yoji Tokuyoshi awarded the Prize for Creativity


Yoji Tokuyoshi, the chef and owner of the eponymous restaurant in Milan, was awarded the Prize for Creativity promoted by Petra Molino Quaglia, during the 13th edition of the Identità Golose Food and Wine Festival, held in Milan from 4 to 6 March 2017. Tokuyoshi received the prize for his mastery of the art of bringing the Japanese and Italian cuisines together.
