Tomorrow will mark the opening of the 51st edition of Vinitaly, the world’s greatest wine trade fair by exhibition area and number of foreign visitors. Along with Enolitech and Sol&Agrifood, it aims to be a leading event for farming products.

The 51st edition of Vinitaly will open tomorrow, with a few changes to the original format. The exhibition grounds will be divided by theme. Vinitaly Bio will be dedicated to organic-certified food and wine. ViViT will be the place for craft wines, whereas VinInternational will be showcasing foreign bottles. VIA-Vinitaly International Academy will be the venue of Tasting Ex...Press. Sol&Agrifood and Enolitech will present the EVOO Days, an event dedicated to top-quality extra-virgin olive oil. From 7 to 11 April, Vinitaly and the City will enliven Verona’s city centre with seminars, live shows, master classes, wine-tasting and gourmet food-trucks. For the first time Bardolino will host Fuori Salone.
