A peculiar event called "Cibus Forum - Food&Beverage e covid" takes place on Wednesday 2nd and Thursday 3rd September at Parma fairs. The event takes place in a fair pavilion of the exhibition centre of Parma, especially structured to welcome a limited number of visitors and key speakers. Many experts will talk about how the consumers' behaviour has changed after the covid emergency, how can work be reorganised, and how can the production and export of the food supply chain be resumed.
It will be both a physical and digital event. The event will be also broadcasted in streaming.
