Gelato Pastry Conquers Tokyo


The two-dates seminar by Pierpaolo Magni, the mentor of the ice cream world champions, went sold out. Asian confectioners and ice cream makers were completely captivated by his exclusive recipes taken from his book “Inverse Fusion. For A Tasty Aesthetic of Homemade Ice Cream”.


The high-quality ice cream confectionery conquered Tokyo with a special Carpigiani Gelato Pastry University seminar by Pierpaolo Magni and Alessandro Racca, that went sold out on both 27th and 28th September. On this occasion, the new Carpigiani Japan Lecture Hall, where the school is based, was inaugurated. The exclusive recipes Carpigiani Gelato Pastry University is planning new courses in Japanese for the fall-winter semester and in English for the spring of 2018.
