From Friday 18 th to Sunday 20th May The Food &Science Festival marks its second edition in Mantoova. The city hosts various many conferences, exhibitions and workshops dedicated to the study of production and use of food. This festival takes place in various location, such as Bibiena Theatre and Loggia del Grano. The themes treated will be, for example, food chemistry, gmo plants, research studies and history of agriculture.
